There are several things that you need to keep note while placing the wall clock in the living room. Wall clock should be placed so that it can be viewed from the main sofa of your living room. The direction should always be east or north.

In a living room, a metal wall clock is considered better than wall clock of other materials. The color of the wall clock in living room should be in the lighter side- pink, white or light blue. If you have placed the wall clock in the east direction, then you can use the wood of dark texture also because though dark color is not good, the positivity of the east direction will make up for the color defect of wall clock.

Metallic Wall Clocks are better in the north direction than in the east direction. Clock with grey and white hues are also placed in the north direction for better results

Wooden Wall Clocks

Wooden clocks are better in the east direction. Clocks with green or brown shade is better for wooden clocks.

Your wall clock should not be broken or have cracks in them. It will be negative for the vastu of home.

You should not place your wall clock in the outside wall or the top of the main door. This will give you negative results in terms of your income quality.

You must make sure that the clock is always running and showing the correct time. Clock showing incorrect time will be bad for vastu standards.
